RETURN & EXCHANGE

A) How do I exchange my product(s)?

  • We don't provide Exchange.

B) How do I return my product(s)?

  • We provide return only on damaged or faulty purchased products.
  • For any return on damaged or faulty products received, please share images, and an unboxing video to raise the complaint. Kindly drop the request at bromerch@indobevs.com within 7 days from delivery. We request you to be patient as the revert might take up to 48 hrs.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order and the courier provider shall pick it up within 2-7 working days of your request.
  • Please bear in mind it may take 2-7 working days for the product to reach back to our order processing centre.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Conditions when the return is not applicable:

          1. Any damage caused due to neglect, improper usage, or application.

          2. Any item where the return is requested after 7 days of purchase.

 

C) How do I cancel my order?

    • An order can be cancelled directly from the registered account before it is shipped.
    • If the order is shipped already, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel it. 
  • In case you desire any changes or edits to your order, please write to us at bromerch@indobevs.com and we’ll help you out.

     

     

    INCORRECTLY SHIPPED OR MISSING ITEMS

    For incorrectly shipped items or missing items, please email bromerch@indobevs.com, identifying the incorrectly shipped or missing item and the item you did not receive.

     

    CANCEL ORDER
